Our shipping policy is simplified for your convenience.  We offer more choices to get your products faster and provide complete satisfaction with your order.  In order to provide affordable shipping rates we recycle as much packing materials as possible.  If you combine our reasonable product prices and affordable shipping rates, you will get the best over all value available.   Items take anywhere from 1 day to 12 weeks to ship.  This varies from day to day as inventory levels vary from day to day.  We do our best to forecast customer needs but it's an imperfect science.  Most order ship the next business day.  With the balance shipping it 3-7 business days.  Special Order items will take the longest anywhere from 4 weeks to as much as 12 weeks. 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.A):

LSH Lights standard shipping delivery time varies by geographic location.  When your order does ship it will ship via UPS ground.   Tracking #'s are automatically e-mailed from the automated UPS system Quantiumview at the close of business each day.  The e-mail comes from UPS not us, so make sure your spam settings allow all e-mail from UPS to pass thru.  You can also log back into your account and view the tracking # in the notes section one the order is invoiced.

We offer quicker shipping methods including 2nd Business Day and 3rd Business Day shipping*. 

All shipping calculations are based on weight and region of the U.S.  Shipments are sent out each business day Monday-Friday.  

Shipping is calculated from the day the items ship and not the day the order is placed.  Next Day and 2nd Day air shipments and 3rd Day do not include Weekends or Holidays.  

Example:  A 3rd Business day order placed on Sunday would not ship until the next business day (Monday).  With a delivery day of Thursday.  (Assuming the item is stock.)

*We strive to keep the most popular colors of products in stock, however not all items will be available for next day/2nd/3rd day shipping.  If an item is temporarily unavailable for express shipping we will notify you when we receive your order.  Pushbars and Lightbars are not available for express shipping.

Additionally, it is not possible to update each and every customer with an estimated shipping date.  If we know a product will take longer than 30 days to ship then we will do our best to contact you and advise.

International Shipping:

Our website does not currently calculate all international shipping rates.  Please fax, or e-mail for specific shipping rates to any destination worldwide.  Your request should include your full mailing address, detailed list of items wanted including quantity.  Click on the Icon below for a list of countries our site does support.

The preferred carrier for international shipments is UPS.  We also offer freight forwarding services for larger packages to international destinations.  Please e-mail us at info@lshlights.com to see if we ship to your international location.  All international orders require pre-payment, via wire transfer.

Additionally you will be required to pay any and all import taxes.  This is not something we can estimate so you should check your countries regulations on importing goods.  Some of these fees can be as much as 50% of the cost.  These will be required to be paid when the order is delivered. 

International orders are not returnable for any reason.
